William R. Stuart

Mr. Stuart is a Certified Safety Professional with over 13 years of professional experience in environmental, occupational health and safety (EH&S.) He has a Masters degree in Public Health from the University of Minnesota. He is the president of ARGON, as well as an active senior consultant. His staff is dedicated to the development of EH&S excellence through proven EH&S management techniques.

Mr. Stuart began his EH&S career with Honeywell as a safety specialist in a semiconductor research facility. In 1992, Mr. Stuart moved to American Express Financial Advisors (AEFA) as the Manager of Environmental Health and Safety. At the AEFA, Mr. Stuart was an integral part of the development of key safety processes on a national scale. Mr. Stuart joined Thermo King Corporation in 1996 as Global Director of Environmental Health and Safety overseeing thirteen manufacturing facilities. At Thermo King, Mr. Stuart was instrumental in implementing a consistent EH&S management system while reducing the risk of injury and illnesses as well as reducing the amount of waste generated throughout the entire corporation.
